Business Agreement
Last updated · August 2026
This agreement applies in addition to the Terms of Service when you list deals or partner with creators on Travidz as a Business. Terms of Service
1. Your listings
You confirm the deals you publish are bookable, honest, and not misleading. You're responsible for inventory, fulfilment, pricing, taxes, and any local consumer-protection rules that apply.
2. Imagery and content rights
You grant Travidz a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display the photos, descriptions and logos you upload for the purpose of operating and marketing the service.
3. Working with creators
Creator applications are between you and the creator. If you approve an application, you commit to honouring the terms shown (e.g. comp, commission, discount). Don't bypass Travidz to settle commercial terms unrelated to the published deal.
3b. One-time setup, unlimited creators
You only need to set your business up on Travidz once. Once you have accepted this agreement, completed Stripe onboarding and published your listing, any number of creators anywhere in the world can feature and promote your business at no extra cost — there is no additional fee, no repeat sign-up, and no new paperwork per creator.
Because your business is already onboarded, Travidz links new creator videos to your listing automatically rather than emailing you a fresh invitation each time. This protects you from being contacted repeatedly by creators who want to collaborate. You can review every linked creator, and end any collaboration, from your business dashboard at any time.
3a. Paid partnership disclosure (handled by Travidz)
Whenever a video on Travidz is linked to one of your approved collabs, deals, or affiliate codes, Travidz automatically displays a clear "Paid partnership with [Business]" label on the video and in its shareable caption metadata. You agree this platform-level label is the authoritative disclosure for the partnership and accept that it satisfies the disclosure obligations that would otherwise sit with the creator under ASA, FTC, and equivalent local advertising rules. You will not ask creators to remove, obscure, or contradict the label, or to bake additional disclosures into the clip itself, and you confirm the underlying commercial relationship has been accurately recorded in your Travidz dashboard so the label is correct.
4. Tracking and reporting
Travidz logs impressions, clicks and (once available) redemptions to help you measure performance. Tracking is on a best-efforts basis and is not a finance system.
5. Commissions and payouts
Travidz charges a flat 18% commission on bookings we send you. That 18% is shared between the creator who promoted you and Travidz; the creator's share depends on their tier (see the Creator Agreement). The internal split does not change what you owe — it's always a flat 18% of the booking value. Travidz does not ask you for, hold, or act on the commission rates you have agreed with any other platform, and we do not vary your rate based on competitor pricing. Creator Agreement
For bookable deals, payments are processed by Stripe. At checkout, Stripe splits each charge automatically: the 18% commission (or, for operator-markup listings, the uplift above your base price) is routed to Travidz as a platform fee, and the remainder is transferred directly to your connected Stripe account. Travidz never holds your funds.
Stripe controls the payout schedule (default daily rolling, typically T+2 to T+7 depending on your country and history) and pays directly to the bank account you link during Stripe onboarding. Payout currency and minimums are set by Stripe based on your country.
5a. Activity operators (operator-markup pricing)
If you list an activity, tour or experience as the operator (i.e. you are the direct provider, not a reseller), Travidz uses operator-markup pricing by default — this replaces the deducted-commission model used for stays. You set your per-person base price equal to the price you charge on your own website; that figure is what you receive in full. Travidz adds an 18% service fee on top, charged to the guest at checkout, and retains that uplift as the Stripe platform fee. Stripe card-processing fees are absorbed out of Travidz's 18% uplift — never from your base price. Pay-at-property is not available for activities; all activity bookings are prepaid online so the service fee is collected with the charge.
Activity listings must be bookable through Travidz so we can collect the 18% at checkout. You confirm that listing on Travidz under this model does not breach any parity or distribution agreement you hold with third-party resellers.
5b. Returning-guest loyalty discounts (funded by Travidz)
Travidz may offer returning guests a loyalty discount on the headline price. Loyalty discounts are funded entirely from Travidz's own 18% commission share — never from your rate. Your base price and the amount paid out to you are identical whether or not the guest received a discount. Discounts are capped so that Travidz retains a minimum net of £4 per booking after Stripe processing fees; where that floor cannot be met, no discount is applied.
Travidz does not require, collect or rely on the commission rates you have agreed with other online travel agents, and we do not ask you to undercut or breach any parity or distribution agreement you hold.
5c. Travidz-hosted stores
Bookings paid with Travidz Wallet credit. Guests may pay for a booking wholly or partly from their Travidz Wallet. This does not change what you receive: your base price is paid to you in full on the same terms as a card booking, and the 18% commission still applies to the booking value only. Where a booking is settled entirely from wallet credit, a Stripe Connect destination charge is not possible, so Travidz settles your share by separate transfer to your connected account on the same payout cycle.
You are not required to operate your own website. If you don't have one, your store lives on Travidz: customers discover, view availability, and pay on a Travidz-hosted listing page, and the booking is processed through Stripe Connect under the same 18% commission terms. You can add or change an external direct-booking URL later from your business dashboard.
5d. Stripe Connect onboarding (KYC)
Before you can list a bookable deal, you must complete Stripe Express onboarding from your Travidz dashboard. Stripe — not Travidz — collects and verifies your business details, beneficial-owner information, and bank account, in line with anti-money-laundering, sanctions, and know-your-customer regulations. Until Stripe marks your account as charges enabled and payouts enabled, your listings remain non-bookable.
You can update your bank account, payout schedule, view payout history, and download tax forms (including IRS Form 1099-K in the US where applicable) at any time from the Stripe Express dashboard, accessible from your Travidz business settings. Stripe is the data controller for KYC information you submit through Stripe's hosted forms.
6. Refunds and chargebacks
You set the refund policy for each deal you publish, and that policy is shown to the customer before they pay. You decide whether to approve a customer's refund request in line with that policy.
When you approve a refund, Travidz instructs Stripe to issue the refund and to reverse the corresponding platform fee. The refund is debited from your connected Stripe balance; if your balance is insufficient, Stripe will debit your linked bank account in line with its standard terms.
Chargebacks raised by a customer's bank are handled by Stripe and debited from your connected account while they are investigated. You can submit evidence via the Stripe Express dashboard; any amount Stripe successfully recovers is credited back to your account.
7. Rate accuracy
You are responsible for keeping the prices and availability you publish on Travidz accurate and honourable. Travidz sells at the price you set plus our 18% commission; we do not scan, scrape or match third-party platform prices, and we do not name or link to other platforms anywhere in the guest experience.
8. Suspension
We may pause or remove listings that breach the Terms of Service, generate excessive complaints, or harm user trust. Terms of Service
9. Termination
You can remove your listings at any time. Obligations to fulfil bookings already made through Travidz survive termination.
10. Bank details and security
Bank account details are collected and stored by Stripe through Stripe-hosted onboarding forms. Travidz never sees or stores your full bank account number. We only receive a Stripe-issued account identifier and high-level status flags (charges enabled, payouts enabled, outstanding requirements) so we can show you the right state in your dashboard and gate bookable listings.
